OpenAid is in itself an exciting experiment on the use of virtual networks, on-line collaboration and civil society participation. We invite committed individuals and interested organisations to join our core team. Currently we are urgently looking for volunteers to help us to better use Facebook apps, to improve our OpenAid fanpage on Facebook including fundraising tools.
OpenAid has been created by voluntary effort. To be able to improve and intensify our advocacy work we are seeking outside financing. For 2011 we hope to offer presentations for students from aid recipient countries studying in Germany, for migrant communities and for development professionals in Germany.
